1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Standard Delivery: All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class at a flat rate of £3.95.

• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £75.

• Dispatch & Stock: We aim to dispatch orders promptly. However, should an item be out of stock, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery date or offer a suitable alternative or refund.

• Click & Collect: You can choose to collect your order for free directly from Siop Del (High St, Criccieth, LL52 0EY). Please phone us on 01766 522162 prior to your arrival to ensure the shop is open and your order is ready.

• Eco-Friendly Packaging: We care about our environment. We aim to use recycled and reused outer packaging wherever possible. Rest assured, the products inside will always be securely wrapped or in their original boxes. Siop Del Gift bags are also available to purchase at checkout.

• Lost or Delayed Parcels: Delivery times are estimates. Once a package is handed over to Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for postal delays. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking it.
   

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
 

• 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return items for a refund.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own postage costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from it.

• Missing Returns: We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back to us.

• Faulty or Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
   

3. Workshop & Event Booking Policy

• Cancellations and Refunds: All cancelled or refunded workshop/event orders will incur a £10 admin fee. This helps cover processing costs and the time involved in re-listing the space.

• Timing: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Exceptions: In rare cases (e.g., an error on our part or a cancelled event), we will waive the admin fee or provide a full refund at our discretion.
   

4. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data securely.
 

• Information Collection: We only collect information necessary to fulfill your order (name, shipping/billing address, email, and phone number).

• How We Use Your Data: Your telephone number will only be used if we need to contact you urgently regarding an existing order. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal details with third-party marketing companies. We only share necessary data with essential service providers (e.g., Royal Mail for shipping, and our secure payment gateway for processing transactions).

• Marketing Communications: If you opt-in to our mailing list, we may email you from time to time about special offers, new products, or events. You reserve the right to unsubscribe or opt-out at any time via the link at the bottom of our emails.

• Data Security: Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
   

5. General Terms & Conditions

• Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

• Agreement: By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   

6. Order Acceptance & Contract of Sale

• Order Confirmation: When you place an order on our website, you will receive an automated email acknowledging your request. Please note that this email is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance of your order.

• Contract Formation: A legally binding contract between you and Siop Del is only formed when we dispatch the goods to you.

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: the product being out of stock, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
   

7. Errors, Inaccuracies, & Pricing Mistakes

• Pricing Errors: While we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a product may be priced incorrectly on the website. If the correct price is higher than the price displayed, we will contact you before dispatching the item to see if you wish to proceed at the correct price, or we will cancel the order and refund you. We are not legally obligated to provide a product to you at an incorrect (lower) price.

• Content Accuracy: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information without prior notice.
